Its an Awsome winch I have fitted it and wired the 79 cruiser, but Ive had to go to work and havnt winched the boat on yet.
But it will fo the 4 T easily Id say.😁

Sherpa 4x4 Wireless Remote Kit

I’ve had multiple other brands before I bought the Sherpa Big Air compressor. This one absolutely outshines any other 12v compressor I’ve seen or used. Build quality is rock solid and performance absolutely lives up to what is advertised if not more. Worth the money.

Used the winch with the cord remote, boat weighs 2.8 tonne on carpeted bunks. Pulled it up effortlessly ,so quickly. One thing an old guy doesn't have to worry about from now on.

I am in the recovery business in WA and have a Steed 17,000lb winch on the front of one of my recovery vehicles. It has been nothing but a fantastic tough winch and surprised a lot of people when I arrived to pull them out. Recently I made the terrible decision not to walk a river crossing that I had crossed before successfully, only to enter it and find out it was much deeper than I thought. Half way across and no turning back, I realised we were in trouble and very shortly after we started floating and I turned the engine off. My son was in the passenger seat and by the time he was out, the cab had almost filled to the steering wheel. He dived out and climbed under the front, free spooled the winch and swam out to the closest tree. I literally held the remote button down for while the Steed did it's job completely submerged. It did not miss a beat and luckily got us out. I estimate it was under water for 10 minutes under full load while we changed trees to get us out. Tough reliable winch and I would recommend them to anyone. I'm just about to buy one more for another vehicle. PS I saved my vehicle too, it's still going.

Let’s start at delivery. The compressor arrived in a substantial crate – ply with steel banding, and the unit bolted securely to the base via its mounting plate. This compressor will be installed in my vehicle to run the air system, including a 15-litre tank. I chose it for its strong CFM rating and duty cycle, making it ideal for tyre inflation, supplying the rear airbags, and powering the air horn.
