This bundle combines Sherpa's heavy-duty 10T Winch Recovery Ring with a 10mm genuine USA Spectra® Soft Shackle, giving you a purpose-matched solution for double-line pulls, direction changes and demanding 4WD winch recoveries.

Designed specifically for synthetic winch rope, the recovery ring provides a lightweight alternative to a traditional snatch block, while the soft shackle provides a strong, flexible connection without the weight and bulk of conventional steel recovery hardware.

Heavy-Duty 10T Winch Recovery Ring

One of the larger recovery rings available, the Sherpa 10T Recovery Ring features a 120mm outside diameter and accommodates synthetic winch ropes from 8mm through to 22mm.

Its large, smooth rope channel allows the synthetic winch rope to flow around the ring while the oversized 37mm centre opening provides plenty of room for connection with the included soft shackle.

When configured correctly, a recovery ring can be used to create a double-line pull, increasing mechanical advantage while reducing the load placed on the winch during demanding recoveries.

Sherpa 10mm Soft Shackle

The included Sherpa 10mm (3/8") Soft Shackle is manufactured from genuine USA Spectra® fibre and delivers an impressive 15,900kg (35,000lb) Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS).

Lightweight, flexible and corrosion resistant, soft shackles provide a practical alternative to traditional steel shackles. They won't rust, float in water and are easy to handle when setting up a recovery.

The flexible construction also allows the shackle to conform around compatible rated recovery equipment, making it ideally suited to connecting the Sherpa Recovery Ring into your winch recovery system.

A heavy-duty protective sleeve helps reduce abrasion and chafing at contact points, protecting the synthetic fibres during demanding recovery applications.

A Purpose-Matched Recovery Combination

The recovery ring and soft shackle have been selected to work together, giving you a simple way to incorporate a recovery ring into a synthetic winch rope setup.

Compared with carrying a traditional steel snatch block and bow shackle, the combination is lightweight, compact, corrosion resistant and easy to set up – ideal for 4WD touring, recreational off-roading and demanding winch recoveries.

Important Safety Information

The overall recovery system is limited by its lowest-rated component. Always consider the ratings of the winch, winch rope, recovery points, soft shackles, recovery ring and all other equipment used in the recovery system.

Use the recovery ring with synthetic winch rope only and ensure the rope diameter is within the specified 8–22mm range.

Always inspect the recovery ring, soft shackle and winch rope before use. Do not use equipment showing signs of excessive wear, cuts, abrasion, deformation or other damage.
