Winch plate set up perfect for my 1999 hilux. Next will definitely be a Sherpa winch.

I have two of these now. They work well and are better built than others. The only gripe I have is that neither of them freewheel out when disengaged. Rope is extremely hard to pull out. Hopefully this improves with use.
